*To address the core problem of having low school performance the following items have been chosen as the optimal targets of the school:
*Increase:NAT (Grade VI) MPS from 73.68% to77.36%NAT (Grade III) MPS from DAT MPS from 62.70% to 65.84%Determine teachers’ strengths and weaknesses through the conduct of TSNA;
*Retool/train teachers on their teaching competencies in the different academic learning areas based on the TSNA results;
*Provide teachers opportunities for professional and personal development;
*Implement/Conduct varied intervention programs in FILENSCIMA for the intensification of making school learning outcomes high;
*Provide needed materials and facilities to sustain the academic needs of pupils;
*Collaborate with families and community members, local government officials and members of private sectors in mobilizing community resources for school improvement
