*Produce academically competent, productive and value laden pupils;

*Improve performance indicators;

*Develop highly committed and competent teaching and non-teaching personnel;

*Provide eco-friendly, safe and conducive teaching-learning environment; and

*Raise pupils’ performance by at least 5% over the previous performance;

*Increase the internal efficiency of the school by 5%;

*Zero-in the number of non-readers in English and Filipino and the non-numerates;

*Decrease the number of pupils reading below the grade levels; *Improve health and nutritional status of pupils;

*Sustain job commitment among teachers;

*Enhance teachers’ instructional competencies in all subject areas; *Provide personal and professional development of teachers;

*Provide and acquire relevant curriculum and instructional materials;

*Maintain a safe, nurturing environment in which pupils’ needs and teachers’ performance are recognized; and

*Sustain the dynamic linkages with community and different stakeholders
